Attributes of God On the left is a picture of John Calvin, the greatest of theologians. Calvin's writings, especially the Institutes of the Christian Religion, systemtized the theology of the Reformation. Calvin did for the Reformation what Aquinas had done for the theology of the Middle Ages and what Augustine had done for the first five centuries of Christianity. Click on Brother John and enjoy!
