Life!

Re 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Eph. 2:4 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

These verses are all speaking of the same thing: the impaction of new life by Jesus Christ, resulting in faith, trust in Christ, and the importation of a yielding and obedient heart, all the gift of God resulting in salvation. The second death or hell has no power of such for Christ suffered their hell for them on the cross.

The gates of hell cannot prevail against the church of Jesus Christ. The victory that overcomes the world is faith: 1Jo 5:4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
